Who We Are

Imagine Productions Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") builds and operates software products including EasyMouseTap, FamilyTempo, and MoneySnap. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14684338), with our registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE. As data controller, we are responsible for your personal data under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

What We Collect

When you contact us through our website form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This information is processed by Formspree and delivered to us via email.

When you purchase a product, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

We process contact-form submissions on the basis of legitimate interests — to respond to your enquiry. We process payment data as necessary to perform the contract you enter into when making a purchase. We process analytics data only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie banner.

Our Apps

EasyMouseTap runs entirely on your Mac. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.

FamilyTempo stores your family's data on your device. We do not have access to your health, appointment, or medication data.

MoneySnap processes receipts using on-device OCR. Your financial data never leaves your phone.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Analytics cookies are blocked by default; they are only set if you accept cookies via the banner. Google LLC, based in the United States, acts as our data processor for this purpose. Data is transferred to the US under Google's standard contractual clauses.

Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are in the UK, or to your local EU data protection authority if you are in an EU member state.
