Agreement

By using any product or service provided by Imagine Productions Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14684338) with our registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE, you agree to these terms.

Products

We offer software products including EasyMouseTap, FamilyTempo, and MoneySnap. Each product is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use.

Purchases & Subscriptions

EasyMouseTap is a one-time purchase with a 15-day free trial. FamilyTempo is billed monthly. MoneySnap is billed annually. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Free Trial

EasyMouseTap offers a 15-day free trial. After the trial period, a license purchase is required to continue using the app.

Limitation of Liability

Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
