FamilyTempo is a family organiser for health and daily life. It keeps appointments, medicines, and dose schedules for everyone in your household in one place — on your phone, offline, always private.

Tap the Family tab at the bottom right. Each person gets their own colour, role (Parent or Child), and optional date of birth. You can add, edit, or remove members at any time.

Yes. FamilyTempo is designed for the whole household — people and pets alike. Appointments and medicines are always linked to a specific family member, so everything stays organised by person (or furry friend).

Your dashboard — a quick overview with shortcuts to Calendar, Family, Medicine, and the Add screen. It’s the first thing you see when you open the app.

Your family’s full schedule in month, week, or day view. Switch between views using the icons in the top bar. Filter by family member or category. See all upcoming appointments and events across any view — and in day view, switch to a medicines checklist to track doses for that day.

Alerts shows only things that need your attention right now — doses due in the next hour, missed doses, low medicine stock, and past appointments not yet marked as done. Tap the action button to resolve each one instantly.

A quick-access hub. Tap it to add a new Appointment or a new Medicine — from anywhere in the app.

Tap the + button, then choose Appointment. Pick the family member, category (Health or Sports), type, date and time. You can also add a location, set reminders, and make it recurring.

Yes. When creating an appointment you can set it to repeat daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, yearly, or on a custom schedule. You can also set an end date or a number of occurrences.

Each appointment can have up to 5 reminders — for example, 2 days before and 1 hour before. You’ll receive a notification at each time and can snooze or mark the appointment as done directly from the notification.

Tap +, then choose Medicine. Enter the name, dosage, and how often it’s taken. FamilyTempo will automatically set the scheduled times and start tracking doses from your chosen start date.

Each day, FamilyTempo generates the doses due for that day. Go to the Calendar day view in Medicines mode, or open a medicine from the Family tab, to mark each dose as Taken, Skipped, or reset it to Pending.

When you add a medicine you can enter the current quantity in stock. FamilyTempo counts down each time a dose is taken and alerts you in the Alerts tab when stock runs low so you can refill in time.

All your data lives exclusively on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. FamilyTempo has no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics.

Completely. FamilyTempo is fully offline. An internet connection is never required.

All data is permanently removed from your device. There are no backups held by us. If you use Apple’s iCloud Backup, a copy may exist as part of your device backup — that is managed by Apple, not by FamilyTempo.
